Delivery & Returns

Progressive Safety Undertakes to supply only safety equipment and/or related services that fully comply with the standards and regulations and claims made relating to those products and/or related services. Where appropriate, Progressive Safety will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.
Where products are sourced from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, Progressive Safety will request confirmation that these files are current, complete, contain appropriate conformity assessment information and, where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates and will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier in respect of the products being sourced.
Where services are provided related to safety equipment sourced from external organisations, Progressive Safety will maintain approval from the manufacturer that the services provided are assessed and approved by the external organisation.

Please note that all deliveries are subject to stock and availability. While we are currently maintaining our aim to deliver your orders within 2 business days for Standard delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays), with some deliveries arriving sooner, delivery times may be extended due to resourcing challenges associated with factory lead times due to ongoing climate with Covid-19 worldwide as well as Brexit compliances.

All orders under the value of £50 excluding VAT will be subject to a delivery charge (please see our delivery charge matrix here). These charges cover carriage to the UK mainland only, to order items for delivery outside the UK please email sales@psf.co.uk.

We do not use the Royal Mail for despatches. Our national carrier is a signed for service. Delivery charges are for one way delivery only. Additional deliveries and exchange deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge at the standard rate.

Whether you're simply unhappy with your purchase or the goods are faulty, our simple to follow returns process allows you to return your items to us easily.

If you're not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, let us know within 30 calendar days of receiving/collecting your goods and we can issue a refund for the cost of goods, subject to the following condition: The goods are undamaged, in the original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale (unless a fault develops after this time, within the warranty period). For in-store purchases, the same process applies, however, if the item was on sale or clearance you will only be eligible for a credit equal to the amount you bought the item for.

What if your goods are faulty?

  • Please contact our customer service team on sales@psf.co.uk. Alternatively, you can call us on 0114 273 8349. If the item was purchased in our store you can return it to the store.
  • Please attach photographs of the faulty product including labels along with your order number. You may be asked to return the product/s if a decision cannot be made based on the photos provided.
  • The customer service team will review the evidence of the fault and aim to respond within 3 working days with the outcome of your claim.
