Payment Terms

Strictly net monthly, payment due at, or before, the end of the month following the date of invoice.

Retention of Title

On delivery of goods, the risk in goods passes to the Purchaser, however legal title does not pass until Progressive Safety has received full payment for the goods, and for all other goods for which payment is due. Until legal title passes, the Purchaser shall hold the goods as Progressive Safety’s fiduciary agent and bailee, and shall keep them properly stored, protected, insured and identified as the property of Progressive Safety.

Delivery

There is no delivery charge within our own van delivery areas, however other methods of delivery may be chargeable. This charge will be notified at the time an order is placed.

Other
